A $100.00 rebate will be paid by Sun River Electric Cooperative to a co-op member to encourage the purchase of an efficient electric water heater. 

The rebate will be paid after the heater has been installed, this form completed and returned to the Cooperative with the purchase invoice attached. The invoice must include the place and date of purchase, brand name, and model number of the approved tank. The required efficiency rating must be .90 and have a capacity of 40 gallons or more.

Invoices over 90 days old are not eligible for rebate. Rebate subject to change without notice.

** Information MUST be included on the invoice. It is the responsibility of the member to have the water heater installed in compliance with all codes.

The member holds SREC free of all liability arising from the installation of the water heater. SREC is not responsible for maintenance of the water heater, damage from a leaking water heater, or performance of the water heater.
